Return or exchange unworn, unwashed pieces in their original condition within 14 days of purchase.
Start from your account
Account › Orders › Request return, once your order has arrived. A prepaid label is emailed when approved.
Exchanges
Email support@cuffoo.com with the piece, print and size you would like, then request the return as an exchange.
Refunds
To your original payment method once the return is processed, excluding the original shipping. Allow 3 to 5 business days to appear.
Sets and sale
Bundles and sets are returned together. Sale pieces are final. Gift cards cannot be refunded.
