At Cuffoo, every piece is thoughtfully created with care, quality, and comfort in mind. We truly hope you and your little one love your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the process smooth and reassuring.

Our Exchange and Return Policy

Return Policy

You may return items that are unwashed, unworn, and unused, in their original condition, within 15 days of purchase, along with the original invoice.

Eligible returns may receive:

  • A refund (excluding original Shipping & Handling fees), or
  • An exchange, subject to return eligibility.

We kindly ask that all return conditions are met to ensure a seamless refund or exchange experience.

Important Guidelines

  • Sale items are considered final sale and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Bundles & Sets - including All Clothing Sets, On The Go Sets, Storage Sets, and Gift Sets - must be returned together. Individual items within a set cannot be returned or exchanged separately.
  • Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other merchandise.
  • If you are considering a return, please avoid opening packaging that is non-resealable.
  • Should you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, our Customer Service Team will gladly assist - please contact us promptly.
  • We are unable to replace or refund garments damaged due to improper laundering. Kindly follow the care instructions on the garment label. Helpful washing tips are also available in the Wash & Care section on each product page.

Return Process

To request a return:

  • Visit Account > Order > Request Return.
  • Select the appropriate return reason.
  • Confirm that all return conditions are satisfied before submitting your request, as items not meeting criteria may not qualify for a full refund.

Once approved, a return shipping label will be emailed to you. Please send the item back in its original packaging using the provided label.

Once your return is received and processed by our warehouse:

  • A confirmation email will be sent.
  • Your refund will be issued (excluding shipping and handling).

Please allow 3–5 business days for your financial institution to complete processing.

Items received outside the stated conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or may not qualify for a full refund.

Returns can only be initiated after the order has been delivered. Requests submitted prior to delivery may be declined.

Exchange Policy

We’re pleased to offer exchanges to ensure the perfect fit, color, or print for your little one. Eligible items that are new and unworn may be exchanged within 15 days of the order date.

To request an exchange:

  • Email us at order@cuffoo.com.
  • Include the product link along with the exact color/print and size you’d like in exchange.
  • After emailing, initiate a return request through the returns portal as outlined above.
  • Add a note specifying that the return is for an exchange.

Our team will guide you through the next steps once your request is reviewed.
